Job DescriptionJob Description The Cliff House Restaurant is our dining venue overlooking the Canyon Lookout. We offer guests great views of the surrounding rainforest, a large indoor/outdoor fireplace, and our West Coast classics inspired menu. The Restaurant Server is part of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for contributing to a positive experience guest experience in the restaurant. Main duties include, but are not limited to, a la carte dining service, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, proper food handling procedures, up selling, following opening and closing procedures and providing a seamless Guest experience. These roles do require being able to stand for extended periods of time and being able lift up to 20lbs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task during peak service. Ability to work in varied weather conditions such as heat and rain. Starting wage for this role is $18.25 per hour plus gratuities. This is a seasonal, casual contract.
