Taiga Motors est la recherche dun(e) Responsable rgional(e) des ventespour stimuler la croissance en dveloppant, activant et grant le rseau de concessionnaires dans une rgion donne. En tant que membre dune entreprise en forte croissance dans le domaine des vhicules lectriques rcratifs et marins, ce rle vise largir le rseau de concessionnaires de Taiga, renforcer la performance des partenaires, acclrer ladoption des produits lectriques auprs des clientles de dtail et commerciales, et positionner Taiga comme la rfrence en matire de powersports lectriques dans la rgion.
RESPONSABILITS PRINCIPALES
Dveloppement du rseau et gestion des concessionnaires
Recruter et intgrer de nouveaux concessionnaires dans les marchs prioritaires
Agir comme principal point de contact pour les concessionnaires assigns, en assurant une prsence terrain et une communication rgulire
Dvelopper des relations solides favorisant le succs et lalignement long terme
valuer la performance des concessionnaires et les dynamiques de march locales afin didentifier des opportunits de croissance
Assurer la performance globale du rseau dans la rgion (ventes, performance au dtail, exprience client)
Accompagner les concessionnaires dans la vente et le positionnement des produits lectriques, incluant lducation des clients sur les avantages et le cot total de possession
Performance des ventes et croissance du march
Atteindre les objectifs rgionaux de ventes (wholesale et retail) pour les vhicules et les produits aprs-vente
laborer et excuter des plans par territoire et par concessionnaire afin de stimuler le volume et la notorit de la marque
Accompagner les concessionnaires dans la performance au dtail (formation EV, gestion des leads, pratiques de closing)
Dvelopper le pipeline et la performance des ventes dans la rgion
Soutenir directement les activits de vente dans les marchs non couverts, au besoin
Dveloppement commercial et comptes flottes
Identifier et dvelopper des opportunits avec des clients commerciaux et flottes (stations, locations, htellerie, etc.)
Soutenir les dmonstrations produits, la prparation des propositions et lintgration des clients flottes
Coordonner avec les concessionnaires et les quipes internes pour assurer une livraison et un support russis
Assurer le dveloppement des comptes flottes cls dans la rgion
Activation du rseau et excution de la marque
Promouvoir lapproche Taiga en matire de vente de produits lectriques, de positionnement et dexprience client
Former et accompagner les quipes des concessionnaires pour amliorer leurs connaissances produits et leur efficacit commerciale
Encourager des standards levs en matire de merchandising, dexprience client et de reprsentation de la marque
Participer des vnements, dmonstrations et activations rgionales pour gnrer de la demande
Influencer ladoption des produits et de lapproche Taiga auprs du rseau
Planification et oprations
Utiliser les donnes et les rapports pour suivre la performance, identifier les opportunits et orienter les dcisions
Maintenir un suivi rigoureux des activits des concessionnaires, du pipeline et des prvisions
Grer efficacement les dplacements, dpenses et le temps afin de maximiser limpact terrain
PROFIL
Exigences
Minimum de 5 ans dexprience en ventes, en gestion de rseau ou en dveloppement des affaires
Excellentes habilets en communication et en gestion de relations
Capacit analyser la performance et traduire les donnes en actions concrtes
Autonomie et capacit voluer dans un rle terrain
Disponibilit pour voyager frquemment dans la rgion et occasionnellement linternational
Confort dans un environnement en forte croissance, rapide et en constante volution
Atouts
Exprience dans les secteurs powersports, maritime, automobile ou vhicules lectriques
Exprience avec des rseaux de concessionnaires ou des modles de distribution
Exprience en ventes commerciales, flottes ou secteur public
Formation en administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Poste bas sur le terrain dans la rgion assigne
Dplacements frquents (50 80 %), incluant des dplacements internationaux occasionnels

Taiga Motors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth through developing, activating, and managing the dealer network within an assigned region. As a member of a fast-growing electric powersports and marine startup, this role is responsible for expanding Taigas dealer network, strengthening partner performance, growing adoption of electric powersports across both retail and fleet channels, and establishing Taiga as the leading electric powersports brand in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer Development & Relationship Management
Recruit and onboard new dealers in priority markets
Act as the main liaison for assigned dealers, maintaining consistent communication and in-market presence
Build strong working relationships that support long-term dealer success and alignment
Evaluate dealer performance and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Own dealer performance across the region, including sales, retail success, and customer experience
Guide dealers on selling and positioning EV products, including customer education on ownership benefits and total cost advantages
Sales Performance & Market Growth
Deliver regional wholesale and retail targets across vehicles and aftermarket products
Create and execute territory and dealer-level plans to drive volume and brand awareness
Guide dealers on retail success, including EV training, lead management, and closing practices for EVs
Drive retail performance and pipeline development within assigned region
Support sales activity directly in uncovered markets where needed
Commercial & Fleet Development
Identify and develop opportunities with fleet and commercial customers (resorts, rentals, hospitality, and other partners)
Support product demonstrations, proposals, and onboarding for fleet accounts
Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support
Own development of key fleet accounts within the region
Dealer Enablement & Brand Execution
Promote adoption of Taigas approach to EV sales, product positioning, and customer experience
Train and coach dealer teams to improve product knowledge and retail effectiveness
Encourage high standards in merchandising, customer engagement, and overall brand representation
Participate in events, demos, and regional activations to build awareness and demand
Influence dealer adoption of Taigas products and approach
Planning & Operations
Use data and reporting to monitor performance, track opportunities, and guide decisions
Maintain accurate records of dealer activity, pipeline, and forecasts
Manage travel, expenses, and time effectively to maximize field impact
PROFILE
Required:
5+ years in sales, dealer-facing roles, or business development
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally international
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Preferred:
Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, or EV sectors
Background in dealer network growth or distribution models
Exposure to fleet, government, or commercial sales environments
Degree in business or a related field
WORKING CONDITIONS
Field-based role within assigned region
Travel required (5080%) including occasional international travel
