Oakridge Landscape Contractors is actively hiring a Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects across Southern Ontario. For over 30 years, Oakridge has created award-winning residential landscapes. We are looking for an experienced leader who can take ownership of complex projects from planning through completion. High-end, award-winning residential projects. The Role: Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors. Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and progress. Resolve issues before they affect project delivery. Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator. You may be a great fit if you have: 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience. Proven project management and leadership experience. Strong knowledge of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Word. A valid driver’s license with a clean record. Relevant post-secondary education. Available to work on weekends as needed.
