Job DescriptionJob Description We are currently seeking for a Residence Assistant at our Toronto Campus location. Reporting to the Residence Coordinator the successful applicant will provide front line services, ensure the effective delivery of all assistance and activities originating from Residence. The Residence Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to managing day-to-day communications and supporting residence operations. This includes responding to emails and accommodation requests, conducting tours for prospective residents and students, and maintaining accurate records in Rent Manager to support occupancy goals. The role involves tracking inventory, maintenance, and housekeeping needs, following up on outstanding rental payments, and ensuring rooms are clean and prepared before arrivals and after departures. This position is an on-site role with regular hours from Tuesday to Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The successful candidate may occasionally work on Mondays or Sundays to meet operation requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary education in administration, business, hospitality or related studies Experience working with computer literacy programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Proven ability to maintain organized information systems and records for projects and/or department Excellent written skills with an emphasis on spelling and grammar Excellent organizational and time management skills Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external representatives to provide residence services at the level required by the organization Ability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential environment Company DescriptionThe Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), established in 1978, is Canada's premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
