Reservations Agent – Full Time Blue Swell Vacation Rentals 17633 Ashley Dr, Building B Blue Swell Vacation Rentals is seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to join our friendly, high-energy team. If you love helping people plan their dream vacations and thrive on the phone, we’d love to meet you. Pay based on experience. About the Role Answer incoming calls, book reservations, and assist guests and owners with questions. Help guests with any needs that arise during their stay. Use our reservation platforms (Escapia, Navis) and other software to manage bookings and guest information. Work on a Mac computer and a variety of programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Schedule Full time, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Two days off during the week One-hour lunch break What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality with a professional, business-oriented approach Clear, pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills Comfortable learning new computer programs; Mac experience a plus Prior reservations or customer-service experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person Important Local applicants only—no relocation or out-of-town candidates If you’re ready to help families book the perfect beach getaway and enjoy working with people every day, apply today!
