SUMMARY The Group Dynamics & Psychometrics (GDP) lab is hiring two research assistants to assist in a qualitative research study investigating diversity is teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing article summaries Assisting in organizing and collecting individual interviews Transcribing interview data Assisting in the analysis of qualitative data Assisting in the recruitment of participants through SONA and email avenues Assisting in manuscript or conference preparations Attending research team meetings Performing other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment A strong ethic of accountability Strong communication skills (written and oral) Taken at least one research course (E.g., PSYC 2400) Preference will go to candidates who Have taken PSYC 3400 or PSYC 4400 Have previous qualitative research experience SALARY INFORMATION Anticipated hourly pay rate: $20.00 Total Rewards As a part of our total rewards offerings, KPU also offers extended health and dental benefits, healthcare spending account, generous vacation package, defined pension plan, parenthood top-up, sick leave, long-term disability, life insurance, professional development days, tuition waiver, inhouse training & development, inter-campus transportation, and more!
