Join a team that has the environment down to a science. Your Opportunity We are looking to expand our archaeology team with a 12-month contract position. This includes the potential for a transition to a permanent full-time position in future. Work will focus on projects across various service lines in British Columbia. The successful candidate may be located at any of our office locations throughout British Columbia. Your Key Responsibilities Preparing regulatory deliverables including site forms, interim and final reporting Managing digitally and manually collected field data Actively participating in Stantec’s HSSE programs Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials Self-motivated, has excellent technical writing skills Experience in Cultural Resource Management, specifically reporting, an asset Dedicated to following and promoting a strong safety culture Desire to work closely with other environmental professionals and First Nations Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation Education and Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or Archaeology is required. Minimum 5 years of archaeological experience including the production of regulatory deliverables.
