Remote Intake Operator / Dispatcher for Premium US HVAC Company AERIA HVAC is a premium HVAC company in the United States. We focus on residential HVAC installation, replacement, heat pump solutions, and related home-service projects. We are looking for a remote Intake Operator / Dispatcher to handle inbound requests from homeowners in the US. This is not a regular call-center position . You will be the first live contact between the customer and the AERIA HVAC brand. The right candidate must be able to answer quickly, speak calmly and professionally, qualify the customer, collect accurate information, and help route qualified opportunities to the right next step. AERIA’s internal recruiting criteria emphasize clear spoken English, calm phone presence, fast missed-call callbacks, accurate intake notes, script discipline, and avoiding blind HVAC pricing over the phone. Compensation From $700/month Final compensation depends on experience, English level, schedule coverage, and trial-period performance. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from US homeowners Quickly call back missed leads Qualify customer requests and project fit Collect accurate customer information Identify the type of request: HVAC replacement, installation, heat pump, maintenance, repair-to-replace, or related home-service project Follow scripts, checklists, and intake procedures Maintain a premium customer experience Avoid giving exact HVAC prices or technical promises without proper assessment Escalate unclear, urgent, or high-value situations when needed Keep clean and structured notes Requirements English C1+ Clear spoken English for live calls with US customers Calm, confident, and professional phone voice Experience in customer support, dispatching, appointment setting, inbound calls, or similar roles Ability to respond quickly to live calls and missed calls Strong attention to detail Ability to follow scripts and structured processes Quiet work environment Headset and stable internet connection Availability to work evening / night hours by Kazakhstan time Nice to Have Experience working with US clients Experience in home services: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, or similar industries Dispatching or field-service scheduling experience Sales support or lead qualification experience Experience working remotely in US time zones CRM, spreadsheet, VoIP, or scheduling-tool experience Who This Role Is Best For This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable speaking with homeowners in English.
