Consulting EHR English French Implementation Workflow Optimization Arc Health, a division of Harris, is seeking an Implementation Consultant (bilingual Fr/en) - Healthcare / EHR who is bilingual and will help deliver next-generation EHR solutions to healthcare organizations.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to configure, implement, and optimize workflows, playing a key part in improving patient care through technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide customers through successful system adoption.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. This role requires up to 50% during key project phases.
Salary:
85K - 100K CAD
What your impact will be:
Gather and document client workflow and business requirements
Configure and implement EHR solutions tailored to customer needs
Analyze client processes and recommend workflow improvements and system optimizations
Deliver end-user training and develop supporting documentation and guides
Manage project issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
Support change requests, including impact analysis and effort estimation
Track implementation activities and issues using CRM and project tools
Contribute to successful project delivery aligned with timelines and performance goals
What we are looking for:
Bilingual (French & English) - required to support clients in Quebec and internationally
Experience implementing or supporting EHR/EMR or healthcare IT systems
Ability to travel up to 50% during key project phases
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Self-driven and resourceful problem solver
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, CRM systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's or technical degree in a clinical or relevant field preferred

Harris Arc Health est à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) en mise en Åuvre bilingue pour soutenir le déploiement de ses solutions de dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME) de nouvelle génération auprès d'organisations de santé.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez directement avec les clients afin de configurer, mettre en Åuvre et optimiser leurs flux de travail, contribuant ainsi concrètement à l'amélioration des soins aux patients grâce à la technologie. Vous collaborerez avec diverses équipes et accompagnerez les clients vers une adoption réussie des solutions.

Recueillir et documenter les besoins d'affaires et les flux de travail des clients
Configurer et mettre en Åuvre des solutions DME adaptées aux besoins des clients
Analyser les processus existants et recommander des améliorations et optimisations
Offrir des formations aux utilisateurs et développer la documentation associée
Gérer les enjeux et escalades en assurant leur résolution rapide
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour respecter les échéanciers
Ãvaluer les demandes de changement (impacts, efforts, planification)
Suivre les activités de projet et les incidents via les outils CRM (gestion de la relation client)
Contribuer à la livraison réussie des projets selon les objectifs établis
Profil recherché
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis pour soutenir des clients au Québec et à l'international
Expérience en mise en Åuvre ou en soutien de systèmes DME/DSI (dossier santé informatique) ou TI en santé
Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps lors des phases clés
Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Autonomie, initiative et approche orientée solutions
Expérience avec des outils comme Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA ou CRM
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
Baccalauréat ou technique dans un domaine clinique ou un domaine pertinent (un atout)
Atouts importants
Expérience avec les flux de travail du système de santé québécois
Expérience concrète en mise en oeuvre de solutions DME/DSI
Bonne compréhension des opérations hospitalières et des processus cliniques
Capacité à traduire des besoins cliniques en configurations système
