If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to former members to address service or account gaps. Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and transition-related support. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism. Accurately document customer interactions. Requirements: Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling. Must have a reliable internet connection and your own laptop . Flexible availability, with preference for afternoon and evening shifts (4:30 PM – 9:30 PM) . Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
