Monday–Friday Evening RN

Monday through Friday
No regularly scheduled weekends
Weekend Baylor RN – Work 32 Hours, Get Paid for 40!
Saturday & Sunday
6:30 AM–10:30 PM
Work two 16-hour shifts (32 hours total)

Registered
Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
As a Registered
Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership while delivering high-quality
nursing care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote the
health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
include:
Assess residents and assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Complete required clinical documentation, nursing office reports, pharmacy reviews, and other regulatory documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with physicians, therapy, dietary, social services, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, the MDS Coordinator, restorative nursing, supervisors, and other appropriate healthcare professionals.
Complete comprehensive admission and readmission assessments, prepare physician order documentation, and coordinate medication orders as appropriate.
Accurately document resident progress, interventions, assessments, and clinical observations.
Make routine rounds to assess resident conditions, monitor quality of care, and provide clinical support to nursing staff.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while promoting a collaborative team environment.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of two (2) years of long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
