Registered Nurse – Critical Care Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor: Required At least two years recent experience in the field: Required Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines. Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patient health. Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments. Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with the care team to ensure effective care delivery. Provide education and support to patients and their families.
