In this role, you will work in a variety of clinical settings and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of resident-centered care and assist residents and their families in responding to changing health care needs. You will apply a specialized body of knowledge grounded in nursing science and related disciplines. Qualifications Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN or RPN Minimum of 3 years recent experience in long-term care Post-basic education in gerontology is an asset Applicants must submit a resume A first in Canada, minimum Nurse-to-Patient Ratios (mNPRs) are being introduced in British Columbia.
