Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver professional massage therapy services that promote healing, pain relief, and wellness. Maintain clear and accurate client records in compliance with professional standards. Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including physiotherapists and chiropractors, to ensure integrated client care. Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the clinic’s growth through active participation in team meetings and professional development. Requirements Current registration and good standing as an RMT with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of practice.
