As a
Registered Behaviour Analyst
at Monarch House you will be responsible for assessing, designing, monitoring, and supervising ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD, other developmental disabilities, or other learning and behaviour needs. You will be responsible primarily for clients in the ABA program.

Salary:
$72,500.00-$102,000.00 per year
Work setting:
Community-based, split between GTA, North York and Leaside clinic
Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and caregiver priorities
Develop, monitor, and supervise a behavior plan for each client, targeting areas of skill acquisition and problem behaviour reduction
Conduct Functional Analyses
Provide training and regular feedback reviews for ABA Therapists and Lead Therapists
Lead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionals
Develop and update treatment plans as required
Maintain knowledge in current evidence-based practices
Supervise graduate students pursuing certification and other ABA students (e.g., BST/ABS), if appropriate
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and Registered Behaviour Technicians™ (RBT®)
Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
At least 2 years’ experience working in ASD and/or Developmental Disabilities
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
Current police check for the vulnerable sector
Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
Certified as a BCBA™
Experience with conducting Functional Analyses and functional behaviour assessments
Experience with using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and/or EFL assessment tools
Some evening and weekend hours may be required
