Regional Visual Merchandising Leader, Sinsay brand - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan & Georgia at LPP Kazakhstan (ЛПП Казахстан) — NeverHard

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to support the development of the Sinsay brand across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. ✈️ Please note: this role requires English proficiency at B2 level or higher and involves frequent weekly business trips across the region. Responsibilities: - Conduct trainings aimed at increasing sales performance in stores. - Maintain the Sinsay brand image in line with the brand concept and VM standards. - Monitor, control, and analyze sales results in assigned stores. - Implement and coordinate visual merchandising guidelines for store openings and existing stores. - Support Regional Sales Managers in product display and presentation. - Cooperate closely with the Regional Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers’ Teams, Onboarding Store Managers, and the Opening Group. Requirements: • Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) within the retail industry. • Experience working in regional structures. • Strong interest in fashion, current trends, and the apparel industry. • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory) . • Readiness for frequent weekly business trips. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
