Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans across business units, geographies
Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
Coordinate roles and execution across functional teams
Monitor account performance against KPIs - financial and impact metrics
Ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends and customer developments

Global Strategic Account lead - functional reporting relationship
Strategic Account cross-functional team - matrix relationship
Sales & Business Development Teams - Coordinate on pipeline development, deal execution, and customer engagement strategies
Marketing - Align on Commercial strategy; build on category and customer insights, value propositions, and campaign execution
R&D and Culinary Teams - Develop solutions tailored to strategic customer needs and innovation roadmaps
Finance - Partner on pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and contract governance
Supply Chain & Operations - Ensure delivery capabilities match customer expectations and strategic commitments
Regional and Global Commercial Teams - Align account strategies with broader commercial goals and governance structures
General Managers (Business Unit Level) - Collaborate on local execution of global/regional strategies and resource allocation
External

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Commercial / Food Sciences)
Minimum 10 years of experience managing strategic B2B customer(s) in the food industry or related industry
Possess international experience and have engaged customers in several countries in Asia
Engaging with senior executives at customers and internally
Steering cross-functional projects across geographies
Proven track record working and operating effectively in a matrix organization
Fluency in one or more local languages will be a plus
Additional certifications and/or proven track record in Strategic Account Management, Project Management, Advanced Negotiation Skills, Digitalization will be a plus
