THE JOB PURPOSE : The Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth within Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk and Aktau by developing strategic plans, optimizing stock levels, and supporting distributor negotiations. This role ensures compliance with contracts, conducts audits and trainings, as well as enhances merchandising activities to maximize sales opportunities and foster strong partnerships. Main Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient relationship with partners Contract management, project management Ensure achievement of KPI's Daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reporting Close work with cross-functional departments Organization and control of merchandising activities Skills and Experience: 3+ years of working experience in Sales, Customer Development in FMCG sector Strong influencing skills, negotiation skills and communication skills Analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality Creative and a strategic thinker A strong CAN-DO attitude Accountability, responsibility, collaboration Entrepreneurial mindset (to lead projects end to end with ownership) What we offer: Agile working schedule, strong focus on wellbeing agenda Extensive compensation package (lunch, communication, etc.) 28 days of annual leave Tool car with a fuel card Supportive working environment
