The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned properties.We uphold a people-first culture where relationships come before business, and intentional culture powers performance. Must relocate to South Georgia or Middle East Alabama.
Compensation:
$85,000+ depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Promote a customer-focused culture by delivering outstanding guest experiences, conducting regular guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing feedback to continually improve service and experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment.
Work closely with sales teams to grow market share, sustain key client relationships, and track performance to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and lead revenue-generating initiatives across all hotel departments.
Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications:
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills with the ability to analyze performance and identify improvement areas.
A bachelor’s degree (B.A.), 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
Must be able to leverage and be proficient in systems to streamline operations and reporting, such as Property Management Systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
