Refractory foreman at FSSA — NeverHard

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of refractory experience, preferably in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects. • Strong experience in fired heater/furnace refractory works. • Hands-on experience with casting, brick lining, ceramic fiber and other refractory installation activities. • Good knowledge of refractory materials, installation procedures, curing and inspection requirements. • International or local certification on refractory works. • Proven experience in supervising refractory workers and site crews. • Ability to manage daily work activities, manpower allocation and productivity. • Ability to read and understand drawings, method statements and technical specifications. • Good coordination skills with mechanical, piping, insulation, scaffolding and other disciplines. • Strong HSE awareness and ability to ensure safe working practices. • Intermediate English communication skills Location & Work Schedule: • Atyrau, Karabatan 6/1
