We are looking for a hardworking and experienced
Red Seal Service Plumber
to join our Service/Warranty team. We have clients across the Lower Mainland. This is a long-term, full-time position.

Reporting to the Service & Warranty Manager – Plumbing & Mechanical, the Red Seal Service Plumber diagnoses, repairs, and maintains plumbing and gas systems for residential and commercial clients. They travel to various job sites, manage client communications, and ensure all work complies with provincial plumbing and gas codes.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Diagnose plumbing leaks, drainage issues, poor water pressure, and faulty water heaters.
• Conduct residential/commercial service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
• Measure, cut, thread, and join pipes (PVC, copper, etc.) using hand and power tools.
• Load/unload tools, clean work areas, and maintain inventory in service vehicles.
• Train and develop apprentices.
• Fix or replace piping, fixtures (faucets, toilets, sinks), and backflow prevention devices.
• Use hydro-jetting and camera inspection equipment to locate and clear blockages in sewer lines
• Inspect defective supplies and other issues by gathering relevant data.
• Ensure all installations adhere to relevant building codes.
• Liaise and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers to address and resolve warranty-related issues.
• Greet residential or commercial clients politely, responding to questions with a professional demeanour.
• Gather data and prepare job material lists to provide accurate service estimates.
• Explain problems and proposed solutions to customers, provide cost estimates, and ensure client satisfaction upon job completion.
• Test pipe systems for leaks using air and water pressure testing equipment.

Education & Experience
• Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber Certificate.
• A minimum of 4 years in the mechanical construction industry is required.
• A Gas B ticket and Backflow Prevention certification are considered strong assets.
• Hold a Valid BC Driver's License
• Ability to use Bluebeam.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of all types of plumbing and mechanical systems

Compensation:
$52.09/h + 5% RRSP + 100% Employer-paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + LTD + Life Insurance + AD&D + Vehicle Allowance + Phone Allowance.
