We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMAN for our RCI Division to join our team. As a Foreman for our Recycled Crushing Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations. This includes: Supervising and coordinating the crushing crew Ensuring the efficient crushing of various materials Monitoring and maintaining equipment Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies Providing training and guidance to the crew Participating in daily planning and scheduling We expect the successful candidate to have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a thorough knowledge of crushing operations and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
