Nature & Scope
Receive and effectively handle telephone calls and office visitors
Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
Accountable for the shipments of interoffice, regular mail and Purolator mail for the Owen Sound Branch
Pre-process employee expense reports using the factoring method for GST/HST/QST
Complete office filing, shipping and receiving
Complete bank deposits
Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
Property/building maintenance administration (contacting sub-contractors, ordering supplies, etc.)
Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
2+ years in Office Administration
Post Secondary Education in Business administration or a related field considered an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites/365 with working experience in Excel
Experience with ERP systems and software considered an asset
