Description Full-Time Receptionist – Vets @ Acacia Gardens Vets @ Acacia Gardens is seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated veterinary team. This is a key client-facing role in a busy and supportive clinic environment, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can provide a warm, calm and efficient experience for every visitor and phone enquiry. About the Role As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greeting clients and creating a welcoming first impression Managing phone calls, appointments, and enquiries with professionalism and care Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure excellent client service Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail About You We are looking for someone who: Has a warm, welcoming and compassionate personality Has exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone Takes customer service seriously and enjoys helping people Is reliable, punctual and professional Can remain calm and positive under pressure Has strong attention to detail Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment Is friendly and approachable with clients and team members Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work Is eager to learn and continue developing new skills Is comfortable working as part of a team Can follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly Is available for 4-5 days a week including Saturday 8:30-1:30 as part of rotating roster What We Offer A supportive and welcoming team environment A varied and rewarding role in veterinary care Opportunities to learn and grow within the industry Access to online training and workshops Staff discounts, including wellbeing benefits If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a caring veterinary team, we would love to hear from you.
