Job DescriptionJob Description Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience in our showroom. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Explain our flooring systems, colour options, finishes, and services to potential customers. Assist customers with choosing flooring colours and designs. Follow up with potential customers, estimates, and sales leads. Schedule consultations, estimates, and installation appointments. Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and customer correspondence. Maintain organized customer records and appointment schedules. Assist with social media inquiries and general office administration. Help turn incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings. \nCompany Description What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. A confident, friendly, and professional personality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales. Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work independently. Previous receptionist, administrative, or sales experience is an asset.
