Being one of the first faces customers see when they walk through our doors, the Receptionist is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service as well as performing general administrative support for the dealership. What You’ll Do: Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine the nature of their visit; directing them to the correct department or individual Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller to appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message Perform light accounting duties such as accounts payable, cash transactions, deposits and receivables Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail Assist with data entry as needed Provide other general clerical support to the dealership as required Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative/reception role with some accounting experience Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude to make a positive first impressionSuperior communication and inter-personal skills on the phone, in email and in personStrong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and remain calm under pressureAble to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in the use of computers, including the use of Microsoft Office applications Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage PI6525a7081432-25448-41209178
