What You’ll Do: Be the face and voice of our clinic — online, on the phone, and in person! Greet & check in patients Update and manage patient records in EMR Answer phones & triage inquiries Book appointments & send reminders Process payments & reconcile daily reports Prepare charts & assist with billing Escort patients to ultrasound rooms Maintain a calm, respectful waiting room What You Bring: Computer savvy + fast typing Strong phone & email communication Great time management Willingness to learn and grow Cool under pressure & solution-focused High school diploma (Post-secondary in admin/healthcare = a plus!)
