We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to take on the role of Head of Cargo Marketing , leading the strategic and operational marketing activities for our cargo business. Almaty International Airport is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in a newly opened modern office building. This role is the first point of contact for the company and plays a key part in delivering excellent service, ensuring smooth coordination, and supporting the daily flow of employees and visitors across all floors. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests, employees, and business partners, creating a professional first impression Direct visitors and employees across different floors and departments, ensuring smooth navigation within the building Coordinate the flow of visitors and internal movement across the office space Handle incoming calls and provide accurate basic information Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area Communicate with employees across all floors regarding internal requests and coordination needs Provide basic administrative and logistical support when required Ensure a high standard of customer service and corporate hospitality at all times Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, airline, hotel, or office coordination role.
