We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Recall Coordinator who loves building relationships, keeping schedules full, and ensuring patients never miss the care they need. Schedule Full-Time Monday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You'll Do Contact patients who are due or overdue for hygiene and treatment appointments Build and maintain a productive recall schedule Answer patient questions and provide outstanding customer service Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance when needed and assist with patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and recall systems Work closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule efficient and productive Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to return for ongoing care What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (required) Experience with recall systems, scheduling, and dental insurance Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills A friendly, energetic, and patient-focused personality Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with patients Multilingual candidates are an asset What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Comprehensive dental, medical, and extended health benefits RRSP contribution program Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth within our organization If you love building relationships and making a difference one conversation at a time, we'd love to hear from you.
