Compensation:
$122,500 - $196,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights.Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential buyers.Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and feedback to help refine our approach and improve service.Work closely with mentors and team members to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in real estate practices.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process.Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with clients, leading to successful transactions.Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to local trends.Ability to manage multiple showings and client interactions simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.Comfortable using technology and real estate software to schedule showings, manage listings, and track client interactions.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and maximize opportunities for showings.
