This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have office experience, marketing experience with Canva, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day. Compensation:
$20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone excited to take ownership of and run the front desk. This role is the face of our office and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for our brokers, clients, and guests.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting clients, brokers, and visitors.Manage and oversee all front desk operations with confidence and professionalism.Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Management and Marketing teams.Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and assisting callers efficiently.Monitor and respond to office email communications.Operate office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks using NWMLS forms and systems.Support our brokers and their clients by providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.Coordinate marketing orders and assist with creating marketing materials in Canva alongside our Marketing Specialist.Help maintain an organized, professional, and well-stocked office environment.Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the hub of a busy office, takes initiative, and loves helping others succeed.
Qualifications:
High School Education or higher.Previous experience managing a multi-line phone system is required.Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and troubleshoot common technical issues.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva (is a must!), and general internet-based applications.Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and administrative tasks.Ability to assess priorities, think critically, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.Learning-based, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities simultaneously.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay on task.
