Responsibilities Work closely with partners and clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing matters. Drafting legal documents such as purchase agreements, credit agreements, commercial leases and closing documents. Requirements 3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house focusing on commercial real estate A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills with attention to detail.
