Compensation:
$97,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential clients and building lasting relationships.Participate in property showings, ensuring clients have a positive experience.Support the negotiation process to help clients achieve their real estate goals.Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate market trends.Utilize company-provided tools and systems to streamline client interactions.Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to build rapport and trust.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.Proven track record of being a self-starter, showing initiative and motivation in previous roles.Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new tools and strategies to enhance client interactions.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools.Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
