Compensation:
$102,300 - $192,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.Assist in the negotiation process to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.Manage transaction paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.Utilize company-provided tools and systems to track leads and manage client relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and connect with clients.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to clearly convey information and build relationships.Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals.Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in ongoing training to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.Experience in using digital tools and systems to track leads and manage client relationships effectively.Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared strategies for client acquisition and retention.
