Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their preferences.Assist in the preparation of documents such as purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases.Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to ensure a smooth transaction process.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate practices.
