Project: Pipeline Construction Project Key Responsibilities Prepare and review construction Bills of Quantities (BoQ). Track and verify physical construction progress across all construction scopes including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Pipeline works. Record and maintain daily progress of Work Packages (WP) and installed quantities. Verify and validate quantities of works executed by subcontractors. Support validation of physical progress during progress review sessions with the Client. Assist in the verification of subcontractor weekly and monthly progress claims. Support preparation of progress reports and quantity tracking summaries. Prepare quantity metrics and progress dashboards for construction scopes. Coordinate with Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and discipline supervisors to collect and verify quantity data. Work closely with the Planning team to provide accurate physical progress inputs for schedule updates. Participate in weekly construction meetings and progress review meetings. Support identification and verification of quantity variations and scope changes. Maintain accurate records of all quantity measurements and supporting documentation. Ensure that quantity measurements comply with project drawings, specifications, and measurement standards. Assist Project Controls in monitoring construction progress against planned targets. Provide support during internal and external project reviews and audits. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another technical discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction site environments, preferably within EPC projects. Experience in preparation and review of construction Bills of Quantities and associated norms and standards. Experience in quantity verification and construction progress measurement. Strong understanding of construction processes and project execution within EPC projects. Ability to read engineering drawings and perform quantity take-offs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantity tracking and analysis. Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project tools is preferred. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large construction datasets with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary site teams. Preferred Skills Experience in pipeline projects. Familiarity with construction progress measurement systems and reporting frameworks. Experience supporting Client progress validation processes. Understanding of contractual progress verification and quantity control. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in dynamic construction environments.
