The Opportunity Job classification: P2043 - Project Coordinator Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 Hours per week: 37.5 Paid leave: 4 weeks vacation / 14 flex days per year Position end date: September 30, 2027 Deadline to apply: 9AM, July 6, 2026 Reporting to the Academic Leader, Quality Enhancement, the Academic Quality Partner plays a key role in advancing a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement at SAIT. The role supports the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of quality frameworks, systems, and processes that strengthen the integrity and impact of SAIT’s credit and apprenticeship programs. Working collaboratively with academic leaders, faculty, staff, and external partners, the Academic Quality Partner facilitates quality initiatives across the full program lifecycle—supporting evidence-informed decision-making, alignment with institutional and regulatory expectations, and the elevation of quality literacy. The role also provides coaching, training, and consultative support to build organizational capacity for quality enhancement and data-driven improvement. How You'll Contribute Facilitating and Coordinating Quality Initiatives Facilitate and coordinate academic quality initiatives and enhancement processes, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and continuous improvement goals Coordinate quality initiatives throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring alignment from design through evaluation Ensure documentation and reporting requirements are met for internal and external interest holders Facilitate alignment of projects with established timelines and institutional priorities Monitor progress and guide activities to align with timelines and institutional objectives Prepare clear, timely, and comprehensive documentation for senior leadership and other interest holders Contribute to the development and implementation of the Academic Quality Framework (AQF) and related policies Coaching and Capacity Building Coach and mentor colleagues across academic and support areas in quality practices, evaluation processes, and continuous improvement Develop and deliver training, workshops and resources to build institutional capacity for engagement in quality initiatives Provide consultative support and guidance to faculty, academic leaders, and staff Continuous Improvement and Information Management Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes Develop and maintain systems and protocols related to quality and improvement activities Pilot and evaluate new tools (including AI) to streamline information management Support data-informed decision-making by helping teams interpret, analyze, and apply evidence from institutional and program-level data Interest Holder Engagement and Training Build relationships with faculty, academic leaders, and industry partners Collaborate to design and deliver training to develop quality literacy Support capacity building and onboarding for new team members and Academic Quality Council participants Model transparent practices that promote collaboration, trust and collective ownership of quality initiatives Support collaborative initiatives with external partners, including joint projects and shared learning activities Contribute to the transformation of the TLC into an integrated, high-performing academic support hub Policy, Accreditation and Reporting Support compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and institutional policies Contribute to the development and refinement of quality policies and procedures Maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and participate in related strategic planning What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or another discipline that supports academic quality, research, analysis, training, or process improvement is required Master’s degree in a related field is considered an asset 3–5 years of experience in an educational or regulated environment, demonstrating competency in one or more of the following areas: Supporting program reviews, curriculum processes, or academic quality initiatives in a post‑secondary environment Facilitating training, workshops, or documentation to build understanding of processes or frameworks Applying structured quality, compliance, or regulatory frameworks in an educational or similar environment Analyzing data to support decision‑making or continuous improvement Collaborating within cross‑functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders Experience coordinating projects with multiple tasks, timelines, or deliverables is an asset Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation, or equivalent, is considered an asset Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered Skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, innovation, and analytical abilities Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Project management skills with the ability to align objectives,
