Quality Manager at MRINetwork — NeverHard

Quality Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities within our sheet metal fabrication company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems. What You Will Do: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Establish and monitor quality objectives and performance indicators. Conduct internal quality audits and corrective action plans. Oversee incoming and outgoing quality control processes, including inspection and testing. Manage and develop a team of quality control inspectors. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency. Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives. Implement and maintain quality control documentation and records. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer specifications. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies. Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
