Job DescriptionJob Description Quality Inspector/CMM Programmer – Precision Machining Location - Mississauga, Ontario Pay- $27.00 – $30.00/hour + $1.50 Shift PremiumShift- Afternoon Shift:Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 12:40 AM, Fridays OffContinental Weekend Shift - 11am - 11pm, Friday to Sunday. Work 32 hours, paid for 40PR or Canadian Citizenship MustFuze HR is recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector on behalf of a well-established precision machining manufacturer. What’s in it for you Competitive pay: $27–$30/hour $1.50/hour afternoon shift premium 3-day weekends every week Stable full-time opportunity Modern precision machining facility Long-term career growth potential Team-oriented environment with advanced manufacturing technology Key Responsibilities Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on machined components Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards Use CMM equipment, vision systems, and precision measuring instruments Experience with CMM programming and program validation is considered a strong asset Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production environment Qualifications Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience within a precision machining environment Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and quality standards Experience using: CMM equipment Vision systems Verniers Calipers Micrometers Precision gauges Hands-on experience in CMM programming (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) is an asset Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection documentation Knowledge of metals, alloys, engineered plastics, and surface finish measurements Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience considered an asset Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply: Aerospace Defense manufacturing High-precision CNC machining Automotive manufacturing Industrial manufacturing Work Environment Precision machining manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment High focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement Please apply direct OR Email your resume to sdinis@fuzehr.com or call at 9052869497 Ext. 158 Fuze HR is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.
