The Opportunity Perform quality inspections on Lifting Solutions’ products including endless rod, conventional sucker rod, pin ends, rod guides, progressing cavity (PC) pumps, positive displacement motors (PDM) pumping units and automation equipment. Assists Quality Analyst and Quality Manager in day-to-day activities. Ability to Work Night Shift is required. First three months will be on the day shift. Once Training is completed the successful Candidate will move to the evening shift 4pm -12:30 am M-F Your Responsibilities In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to: Performs endless rod quality checks on mechanical properties and welds Perform endless rod heat tests under the direction of Rod Product Engineer. Conduct incoming inspection on third party manufactured sucker rods Perform pin end inspections Perform rod guide quality checks on mechanical properties and adhesion Perform PC stator minor measurements Perform PC stator bond tests Perform PC rotor post chrome dimension measurements and inspection Perform PC pump final inspection prior to shipping Perform PDM rotor scans and final measurements Perform pumping unit quality inspections Perform automations equipment quality inspections Reports non-conformances on product deviations and processes the product according to its disposition Reviews travel documents for completion Your Qualifications and Experience Several years’ experience with inspection in manufacturing shop floor environment (preferred) Post-secondary education Ability to prove attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills – oral, written, and listening Proficient computer skills including e-mail, Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to Work Nights What we Offer 100% Employer sponsored Health and Wellness plan. 100% Employer sponsored dental plan Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
