Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Windsor, ON Pay Range: $41.38/hr What's the Job? Monitor and manage KPIs related to warranty performance Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and resolve warranty issues Drive issue resolution processes and support development projects for upcoming product launches Contribute across multiple areas of the business in a varied cross-functional role Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using statistical and advanced problem-solving tools What's Needed? General understanding of quality systems; automotive experience preferred but not required Experience or exposure to electrical/electronic vehicle components and low-voltage 12V battery systems Entry-level recent graduates or early-career professionals with relevant experience; training will be provided Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and demonstrate strong initiative and proactiveness Comfortable taking direction and acting independently once aligned What's in it for me?
