For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Quality Control Manager Main Tasks Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards Conduct inspections and coordinate testing of materials and workmanship Prepare quality reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and audit documentation Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HSE requirements Manage QA/QC documentation and records Lead internal quality audits and support external audits Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of QA/QC Management experience in EPC Projects Strong knowledge of international construction standards and QA/QC procedures Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities
