Andersen is launching a large-scale recruitment of entry-level QA specialists in Almaty and Astana Kazakhstan with unique conditions for those who want to start a career in QA . Our program is a structured and practice-oriented path into Quality Assurance combining training, hands-on work with real tools, and full preparation for starting on commercial projects as a Testing Engineer. The training consists of two key stages: 1. Online course Quality Assurance for Beginners The initial stage designed to provide a confident entry into the profession: training is conducted in English; classes are held 2 times a week for 1-1.5 hours in the evening — ensuring a comfortable immersion into a new profession; duration: 2 months — intensive format to quickly build a solid foundation; the course curriculum consists of practice and home assignments; the course ends with a project presentation; a certificate is provided upon completion of the course; mentors are Middle and Senior QA Engineers in our company. Requirements for the intensive course: Intermediate or higher level of English (verbal communication); basic knowledge of software testing; readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen. 2. Laboratory Hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project: an intensive stage closely simulating real work conditions: theoretical and practical training for working on commercial projects; teamwork based on the SCRUM methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead; weekly progress tracking and feedback; development of soft skills, presentation skills, and English practice; participation in internal and training projects of the company; mastering key testing tools and development processes. Laboratory Format: 3 months : from your first day in the Laboratory to your first day on a commercial project; Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance in Almaty that truly accelerates your growth, while participants from Astana can join online.
