QEHS Specialist: Main Responsibilities: • Overall quality & EHS management of KZ D&S • Partner resource Uniportal & qualification management in iResource system (MS, TE, RF Partner) • D&S Vehicle management • Develop the Quality & EHS management plan of each project & execution. • Ensure delivery quality & EHS results complying with requirements from customer perspective • Assist Program PD in governing process and in charge of subcontractor quality/ EHS management • ISDP Smart QC/QA configuration management • Demo site management • ISO & OHSAS EHS Management System. (Internal auditor training, Internal audit, Management review, Legal compliance check & update) • PPE management (PPE record & its maintenance) • In house training to internal & external staffs through web or VC. Requirements: 1. 5 years in telecommunication market 2. Has a EHS certificate or license from government 3. Has knowledge in site installations and security management, 5 years of quality manager experience, was appointed as QM for a project over 10M USD 4. Strict and responsbile 5. Fluent English in writing, speaking, Chinese is preferred
