REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS: Higher professional education (Degree) / Diploma in related discipline Shall be qualified and certified as a CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, EWI-S, IWI-S, or equivalent internationally recognized welding inspection certification Shall be qualified and certified in accordance with ISO 9712 as a minimum Level II in the applicable NDT methods, including: Visual Testing (VT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Penetrant Testing (PT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Radiographic Testing (RT) Applicable project specifications and approved drawings. Approved Quality Plan (QP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures. Relevant welding and NDT codes and standards. Job responsibilities: Perform independent third-party inspection and review of welding documentation, including WPSs, WPQRs, welding procedures, and related quality records. Witness and monitor welding activities to verify compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, codes, and standards. Review fabrication records and inspection reports and provide independent assessment of welding quality. Perform and/or witness non-destructive testing of fabricated welds using VT, MT, PT, UT, and RT (where required). Review NDT reports and verify compliance with acceptance criteria and project specifications. Сonditions: Fabrication Facility in Atyrau.
