QA/QC Piping Inspector at Bolashak Atyrau — NeverHard

Duties: Perform inspection of piping fabrication, installation, fit-up, welding, and testing activities. Verify compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, drawings, and applicable international codes and standards. Conduct visual inspections and witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak tests. Review welding records, material traceability, inspection reports, and quality documentation. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective actions. Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Piping Inspector on industrial construction, EPC, or petrochemical projects. Good knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API, and other applicable international standards. Experience with piping fabrication, installation, welding inspection, pressure testing, and quality documentation. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering documents. Familiarity with inspection procedures, material traceability, and quality control processes. Relevant certifications such as CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI, BGAS, or equivalent will be an advantage.
