QA/QC Manager at Archetype Kazakhstan — NeverHard

Responsibilities: The QA/QC Manager is helping the construction Project Manager ensure the project is delivered while matching the client's quality expectations. He/She will work with the client and the project team in order to develop, implement, and control project activities (both internally and within the various contractors) in order to comply with contractual requirements, applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and the client's quality objectives. Conduct regular quality audits on site and initiate Non-Conformance Reports and ensure that corrective and efficient actions are implemented. Maintain a comprehensive internal library of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) with corresponding inspection check lists, test procedures, registers and Quality Control procedures. Conduct regular project procedure audits on site and initiate and ensure that corrective and efficient actions are implemented. This may include procedures between GC and subcontractors. Train project teams and contractors on QA/QC procedures and documents, and good workmanship and work methodologies to achieve consistent high quality standards. Assist commercial team in reviewing contractor and subcontractors quality standards. Participate in QC meetings with contractors and clients. Report to the Project Control/Coordination Manager on QA/QC management ensuring that concerns with QA/QC are highlighted. Requirements: You are/have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. Excellent communication in both Russian and English languages. A minimum of 6 years' experience with at least 1 major construction project in food industry Advanced knowledge of QA/QC Management system in a construction environment. Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, welding inspection standards, FSMA and GMP Are a plus: master degree , fluency in Kazakh language, CQE/ASQ certification (or other relevant national equivalent) Conditions: A new opportunity to develop your skills on one of the largest private FDI in Kazakhstan.
