What You'll Do: Plan, manage, and oversee QA/testing projects from kickoff to delivery: scope, timelines, resources, budget Coordinate QA teams (manual and automation testers) and align testing activities with development sprints Define test strategy, test plans, and quality metrics together with QA leads Manage communication with clients/stakeholders regarding quality status, risks, and release readiness Track defect trends, test coverage, and other quality KPIs; report on project health Coordinate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in QA processes Manage risks related to product quality and testing timelines What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in project management, with prior background in testing (as QA Lead, QA Engineer, or similar) Experience working in the telecom domain is required/highly preferred (e.g., billing systems, network services, BSS/OSS, mobile operators) Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, etc.) Practical experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for documentation, test case generation, reporting, or process automation) Familiarity with test automation concepts and CI/CD pipelines (hands-on coding not required, but understanding is a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills English proficiency B1+ PMP/PMI, ISTQB, or Scrum Master certification is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health insurance Flexible schedule / remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive team and challenging, high-impact projects
