Job Details
Clinical Coordinators (File Reviewers) play a key role in HVE’s overall success by being a key member of our File Review Team. A successful candidate would enjoy reviewing medical & legal file information daily and working closely with Medical Professionals and their colleagues.

Job Objective:
In the position as a Clinical Coordinator (File Reviewer), the main job objective is to review file information in preparation for an assessment.
Essential Job Duties/Tasks
Pre-review files to make assessment recommendations in accordance with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Review file info for all paper review and direct assessments in accordance with Customer SLAs and current Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS) legislation
Communicate with Assessors and Adjusters as required
Assist intake to determine type of service required
Non-Essential Job Duties/Tasks
Cover for intake when required
Chaperone Assessments when required
Education / Experience / Certificates Required
University Degree required - Kinesiology Degree an asset but not required
Regulated Health Professional designation an asset but not required
Work-related/industry experience - reviewing medical assessment files, communicating with assessors, QA, and Adjusters is an asset but not required
Working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) an asset but not required

$21.5 per hour
2 Weeks of Paid Vacation + 6 PTO days (Paid Time Off).

Mostly hybrid (post probation), working in the office at least 1- 3 days per week.
