The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to strengthen your automation testing skills, work on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists, and join the team upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Kazakhstan : candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Kazakhstan can join online. What we offer: 4 months : from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project. Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster. A hands-on approach. Who we are looking for: People who want to grow in QA Automation, enjoy diving into the details, and understand that product quality is never accidental — it is the result of a systematic approach. Requirements: English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication). Experience in Manual QA and/or successful completion of manual testing courses. Basic knowledge of automation testing tools. Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#. A strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical skills. Nice to have: German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher. Experience writing automated tests. Understanding of CI/CD and software development processes.
